Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options are available? We ship nationwide across the United States with these options (shown at checkout):

    • Express Shipping (3–6 business days) – $20
    • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) – $0 (free on all orders – our default and most popular!)
    • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) – $10 (fallback if needed, but free standard usually applies)

    Business days exclude weekends/holidays. Estimates only; delays possible with carriers.

  • How do I track my package? Tracking number sent via email once shipped. Track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the continental United States (no PO boxes, Alaska/Hawaii may have extra fees – check at checkout).

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? Unopened kits can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Must be in original, sealed condition with all packaging intact. Opened kits are non-returnable except for defects/damage (e.g., missing parts, broken pieces on arrival).
  • How do I start a return? Email support@suchtransit.com or use your account's return portal. We'll provide instructions and a prepaid label for eligible returns.
  • What about refunds? Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection (5–10 business days). Shipping fees non-refundable unless due to our error.

Products & Authenticity

  • Are your kits authentic Bandai? Yes – 100% official Bandai products sourced from authorized distributors. No bootlegs or knock-offs.
  • What grades do you carry? We stock HG, MG, PG, RG, EG, SD, and special/limited editions. Check product pages for scale, complexity, and age recommendations (most 8+ with adult supervision).
  • Tips for beginners? Start with HG or Entry Grade kits – easier snap-fit, fewer parts. Tools like nippers, sandpaper, and panel liners elevate the build (we may carry accessories soon!).
